A senior member of the team reads your document against the service you ordered and the brief you gave. You hear back within two working days.

A free re-edit, first
If the work fell short, your document goes back to an editor and the problems are put right at no charge, as a priority.

A refund if it is still not right
If the re-edit still does not resolve it, we refund you in part or in full, judged fairly against what went wrong. No forms, no fine print.
