Join our team

A small, hand-picked team of editors working with academics and professionals worldwide.

Why writers work with us

We're a focused team of native-English editors serving researchers, academics, and professional authors. Work is steady, briefs are clear, and you'll be paired with documents that match your subject strengths. There's no bidding, no client chasing, and no marketing your own profile — we route the work to you.

Most of our editors hold postgraduate degrees and have been with us for years. If proofreading and copy editing is genuinely your craft, this is a comfortable place to do it.

FAQs

How long does the process take?

It varies. We aim to review applications within 5–10 business days, and the written test → interview → offer cycle typically spans two to four weeks end-to-end.

What's the written test like?

A real document — usually around 250 words — representative of what you'd actually work on. You return it with tracked changes within the agreed window.

Is the test paid?

The screening test itself is unpaid — it’s a short exercise we use to assess fit. Every assignment after you’re onboarded is paid.

Where are your editors based?

Worldwide. The work is fully remote — you set your own hours within the deadlines we agree per project.
