Who are your editors?

Every editor goes through an application, a timed recruitment test, and a review before we hire them. We only bring writers onto the team once that process confirms the standard of their work.

Each writer also has a subject specialism, so your document is matched to someone who knows the field.

How do you check quality before delivery?

Writers work to a service playbook and a submission checklist for the type of work you ordered. Our team reviews the finished document against that checklist before it is delivered to you.

Only once it passes review does your document go out, as a tracked-changes file and a clean file.

Where can I read reviews?

Read customer reviews on our reviews page. They include published ratings from completed orders, alongside testimonials from customers who have ordered with us.

You can filter the list by star rating to see the full range of feedback.

What if I am not happy with the work?

Contact us and ask for a revision. Tell us what is not right, and we will look at your document again.
