How do I rate my order?
Once your document is delivered, open the order and rate it from that page. You can also leave a comment alongside your star rating.
Your rating stays private until an admin chooses to publish it to the public reviews page.
How do I leave a public review?
Rate your order once it is delivered, from the order page in your account. Your rating stays private at first.
If you are happy with the work, our team can publish your rating on the public reviews page. Published ratings show your star score and any comment you left.
