Guest checkout, claiming your account, and signing in.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest, with just your email and payment details.

An account is created for you automatically, and you claim it later from the link in your order email.

How do I claim my account from the order email?

Follow the claim link in your order email. It takes you to a page where you set a password.

Once you set your password, your account is active and you can sign in to see your order history.

How do I change my email or password?

Sign in and go to your account settings. From there you can update your email address or change your password.

Save each form separately, and your new details apply from your next sign-in.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. Sign in with Google, and we use it to create or access your account.

Because Google has already confirmed your email address, your account activates immediately: there is no separate email-verification step to complete.
