When will I get my document back?

Your document is delivered by the turnaround you selected for it at checkout. A faster turnaround costs more, since it moves your document up the queue.

You will receive a delivery email as soon as your document is ready, often before the deadline.

What exactly do I receive?

For Word, OpenDocument, RTF, Markdown, and AsciiDoc documents, you receive two files: one with every change tracked, and one clean copy with the changes already accepted.

A PDF comes back as a single annotated copy, since we cannot make direct edits to a PDF. A PowerPoint file comes back as a single clean, edited copy.

How do I download my finished documents?

Sign in and open the order from your account, where each delivered document has its own download buttons. You can also use the link in your delivery email, which takes you straight to the same page.

If you checked out as a guest, the delivery email link lets you download without signing in.

How do I track my order's progress?

Open your order from your account to see its timeline. It moves through paid, assigned, in progress, awaiting review, and delivered, so you can see exactly where your document is.

Each document in a multi-document order has its own status, in case some finish before others.

Can I ask for changes after delivery?

Yes. Open your order and request a revision, explaining what you would like changed. The same editor who worked on your document makes the revision.

Your original delivered files stay available to download while the revision is in progress.

Do I get proof of the work?

Yes. Once a document is delivered, a certificate is available to download from your order page. It confirms the service, the document, the word count, and the completion date.

Each delivered document in your order gets its own certificate.
