What happens after I am hired?
Once you are hired, you claim your account and land in the writer portal onboarding flow. You confirm your details, set up your payout method, then sign the team NDA.
You complete these steps in order. Once you are done, you can accept your first assignment.
Why do I sign an NDA?
Every customer document you work on is confidential, and the NDA is how we make that promise stick. Signing it is the last step of onboarding, before your first assignment.
It is the same standard of confidentiality we promise our customers, applied to the people doing the work.
