Where do I find my invoice?
Open the order from your account and download the PDF invoice from there. It lists each document, the word count, the turnaround, the price, and any discount applied.
Guests can also download the invoice from the link in their order emails, without signing in.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled directly by our team on a case-by-case basis. Message us through your order thread, or use the contact page, and explain the issue.
We will review your order and get back to you with the outcome.
How do I report a problem with my order?
Open your order and message our team directly on the order thread. This keeps your message attached to the right order and document.
